Magical Tails Unfold

"I'll help her!" Happy gleefully announced as he produced his wings and flew to Kurai and took her to the air. "Guess you're like Natsu," Happy said.

Higher in the sky, Silvie as a dragon to help make Natsu feel better, had him on her back. "How you feeling now Natsu?" she asked. "If you don't like the dragon, I can transform to something different."

Lucy saw Silvie. "She can transform into a dragon!?"

"Silvie can transform into anything that flies," Erza replied

"Ah! I'm in the air! Please put me down. I'm scared!" Kurai cried out. Looked like she was scared of heights too. So that meant the only thing that could be done is to relax her.

Happy put her down and went to Gray. "I don't know what to do. She's getting sea sick and she's scared of heights." Maybe Gray could take her below to one of the rooms and give her a relaxing massage. That might help her.
"No, that's okay. This is fine. I actually was raised by a dragon," said Natsu. So that meant she'd picked good.

"Here, I'll take care of her," Gray offered after Happy landed on deck. "Why don't we go down below and see if you may feel better about that."

Erza was too busy watching Natsu and his friend in the air. She could see something could easily develop with the two.

"I figured that," she replied with a smile. "You loved Igneel like a son to a father. Heck for intense and purposes he was your father and I hate it to see you trying to find him with no luck. I love flying, I just wish I could do this in my normal form."

As Nicole flew she spotted the ship and noticed they were heading towards the island. 'They're coming! I better go tell Lyon.' She turned and flew back the way she came, doing so very un-seagull like.

Natsu noticed. "Hmm, that's weird. That seagull's not behaving the way seagulls normally behave. It just stopped in mid-air like something startled it and turned and flew back the other way. I've lived in the wild most my life. A seagull just wouldn't change direction like that, that quickly. Something about that makes me nervous, and I don't like it."

Natsu had a point there. What if it was the enemy spying on them?
As Gray carried her down below, Kurai looked like she was going to be ill again. She did look very green. "Gray I... I... I have to..." She was about to throw up again. And she was trying to hold it back so she wouldn't throw up on him.

Silvie also seen it. "I see that too. I've been in the air a lot and flown with the seagulls and never once had I seen one do that quite like that before. Natsu, maybe we should have brought Belle with us, her Seer would have been able to tell us if we're going to be in danger or not."

Gray was quick to grab a nearby bucket. "Here, use this."

He hoped he could calm her down. Perhaps it was just being on the boat the first time. He hoped she wouldn't get the same sickness as Natsu.

"I'm sorry," Kurai puked into the bucket. "It's just I've never traveled before. When you found me that day that was the first time I'd ever left home." What? She'd never been aloud to leave the mansion's grounds? That meant she'd had no freedom at all. Gray probably felt a bit bad for her. Cause at least he'd had freedom to go wherever he'd pleased. Just then they reached the bedroom that was reserved for her while they were on board. It had Kurai's name on the door.
Nicole flew back as fast as her wings would take her and almost dive bombed Lyon when she'd found him, talking with Sherrie. He had found her listening outside his door and he didn't approve of it. "Lyon! Lyon! They're coming!" Nicole yelled out as she flew down.

OOC: Can't do 3 scenes at once so I'm switching around, taking turns per post.

"Come on," Gray replied as he walked her into her room and had her take a seat on the bed.

(ooc sorry not sure what to have Gray do. dealing with a puking scene is not my idea of fun)

Lyon ducked as Nicole came in for landing. He wasn't sure if she would hit him or not by accident. Sherrie had to jump, thinking she did that on purpose.

"What do you mean, they're coming?" he asked as he stood back up. "You only left an hour ago."

"I don't know. But I sure hope the enemy doesn't know we're coming. What if that had been a morpher?" Natsu questioned Silvie as he flew on her back.
"I don't feel so good," Kurai sighed.

"Hang on, I want to try something. I heard if a person's body is relaxed they don't get sea sick. Lay on your stomach," Gray said. He was going to give her a back massage.

Kurai did as she was told and laid on the bed on her stomach, staring at him with her head turned sideways. "What are you going to do?"

Silvie didn't like that idea. Silvie's morphing capabilities only allowed or flying objects. She did have offense powers but her main power was morphing.

"Natsu, if that happens, I could be in trouble. You know I can only morph into flying creatures."

He climbed up on her legs, pinning her legs beneath him. "Going to give you a massage."

He then stretched forward and began to rub her shoulders in a soothing manner

Nicole changed back. "I know I left an hour ago. But they're coming and I think Kurai is with them." This was perfect! Seemed Nicole didn't need to do anything more at all. The group was already on the way over here. "If you've like, me and Sherrie can ambush them as soon as they land and take Kurai." That was an idea. And it could work too as Fairy Tail wouldn't be expecting them.
Kurai sighed in content as her body started relaxing. She felt her stomach ache going away. And the need to throw up was vanishing from her mind. "Thank you," she sighed. "It's working."

"What! Me work with her!?" Sherrie squeaked.

Lyon looked and then smiled. "Excellent idea. So Gray and the others found the mission and took the bait. Perfect. Sherrie. You and Nicole are to head to the shore line and wait for a perfect opportunity to nab Kurai."

"Who is Kurai?"

"Gray's potential girlfriend," Lyon said. "I want Gray to witness my triumph. The Moon Drip is nearly complete.

"Natsu, I'm not sure how much longer I can handle being up here," Silvie announced. "You know my powers are only last so long. Wish I could expand that time frame."

"Yeah," Gray replied. "It's just because you're nervous. But you don't have to be. You're with a new family now."

"Thank you very much," the girl smiled at him. She let out a yawn as Gray massaged her shoulders and even massaged her back. She started dozing off, and before she knew it, she'd fallen asleep. Sleeping the whole way there was probably best for Kurai.
"That's okay. I can get Happy to carry me for awhile," Natsu told her. "No need to go out of your way."

Gray quietly removed himself off the young woman and left her room to sleep where he then met up with his friends on deck just as dragon Silvie was about to land.

"What's she doing?" asked Gray.

"Her power must be getting near time," Erza replied.

"Thanks Natsu, you're the best. I'd hug you right now but as you can see you're on my back," she joked as she veered downwards to land. "Before I land, I'll ask Happy to come up here and to take you so you don't land on the ship and immediately feel sickness."

As she got closer. "Hey Happy!" Silvie called. "You mind flying Natsu for a bit?" she asked. "I'm getting a bit tired and I really don't want to see Natsu hurdling."

"Gladly!" Happy flew up and grabbed Natsu off Silvie's back. He then started flying him. He wasn't able to fly Natsu as high as Silvie did but was able to get a decent height.

A pirate came out and spook to the group. "We'll be there in about 3 more hours matey."
"Okay, let's go. You heard Lyon," Nicole told her.

"Okay, fine!" Sherrie sighed. She followed Nicole out of sight. The two women headed down to the docks together and waited for the group to get there, hidden in the shadows.

Once Natsu was off her back and she was close to the deck, she then transformed back to normal, landing feet first, knees bent on the deck, just as a pirate showed up, startling the heck out of her.

"aaah!"

Erza nodded. "Ok. Silvie you can rest up and then when Happy begins to tire, you can take Natsu again. We don't need him getting sick just before starting a mission."

"Good plan," Gray agreed. "I'm going to visit with Kurai to be sure she's ok."

"How is Kurai doing? Is she still sick?" Lucy asked Gray.

"We don't need her sick on this mission. It'll make it harder to protect her if something happens," said Erza. The two didn't know that Kurai was actually feeling a bit better now.

Gray nodded. "I helped her to feel a bit better and she fell asleep. It's probably the fact she has never left home before until now so she never has travelled in anything and it's probably queasy for her. I'm sure she'll be fine once she gets used to it, unlike Flame-for-brains up there," he pointed upwards.

"Hey!" Silvie snapped. "Don't get started Gray when you know he's at a disadvantaged."

Gray could almost see Kurai in his head as Silvie said that, telling him as she sobbed, "That's so mean Gray! How could you pick on someone helpless like that!" So he probably felt a bit bad he'd said that as he knew Kurai wouldn't like him being mean like that.

"Ya, Gray, that was mean. What would Kurai have to say about this?" Stated Lucy.

"Don't start on me," Gray said, trying to not look guilty. "Anyway I'll be down below with Kurai. Silvie, like Erza said. Rest up. Natsu will need you when Happy can't. You surely bet we'll need his flaming magic before this mission is through."

"Not to mention your ice," Erza replied. "We all have to protect Kurai but make it look as though she's part of Fairy Tail."

A few hours later Kurai was waking up. It was only about one more hour until they reached land. She felt better now. She actually told Gray, "I'm hungry, I'm going to see if I can get something to eat." If she was wanting to eat she must be used to the ship now. She got up and went to leave her room.

Gray smiled. "Guess you're feeling better now and you're not feeling no motion sickness?" This was good news at least she wasn't going to be like Natsu. He wondered if Natsu could get over it. If he could, who would help him.

"Ok, lets get something to eat, we're landing in an hour."

On deck, Happy and Silvie had switched positions and Natsu was now on Silvie's back once again and she was a dragon. She wanted to make her friend happy.

Happy looked at the two. "She loves him," he said, giving the normal teasing look.

Kurai came up on deck, "Happy!" She smiled at the flying cat. The others turned to see Kurai was up and about. She seemed fine now.

"Kurai, are you okay?" Asked a concerned Erza.

"I'm fine Erza. I guess I just needed time to get used to traveling. Now where's the kitchen?" She asked, with a smile.

Natsu looked from above. "Look, Kurai's awake," he told Silvie.

Silvie looked down. "Well that's good. She was feeling sick like you but it was because she's not used to travelling. This mission would be hard if she was like you."

Happy jumped to the young woman. "I'm glad you're ok. I'm sorry about earlier when I grabbed you and had you fly. I forgot you haven't travelled anyway before."

"The kitchen is down below but instead of taking a right to the sleeping quarters, take a left," Erza stated.

"Thanks so much. Come on Happy, I bet they have some tasty fish down there," she told the cat. The two went below to eat.

Erza laughed, "Energetic isn't she."
Natsu didn't like her comment too much. "What's that supposed to mean!?" He stated angrily.

"Calm down, Natsu," Silvie replied. "I'm sure she just wants to make it up to Happy for freaking out earlier when he tried to help her." She could feel his body tensing on her back. From the angle she was at, she could see land in the distance.

"Yeah, she is," Lucy laughed. In the back of her mind she wondered about Natsu. She noticed how Happy was around Kurai a lot. "I just hope nothing bad happens between Happy and Natsu. They are a team."
